Believe it or not I got it at Home Depot. There are very simple to make now that I look at it and I probably could have made some by hand. They were pretty expensive in the store. the side ones are smaller and cost 25, and the center 2 are larger costing 35 each. Seems like all my window are costing me 110-140 to do. We are still working on the huge window in the family room.
